The Commercial Advisory Partnership (TCAP) and Arteria AI have announced a collaboration to deliver a data-first solution designed to manage complex document processes across various industries in Australia and New Zealand. This strategic partnership aims to modernise documentation workflows for large corporations in the private and public sectors, including financial services, infrastructure, and broader service industries.

Arteria AI, known for its digital documentation infrastructure solution, has successfully automated legacy manual processes for some of the world's largest organisations. The platform structures data throughout operational processes, documentation lifecycles, and decision-making, providing an intuitive user interface.

Arteria AI's solution has been adopted by top-ranked global financial institutions, earning it recognition as one of the "100 Most Promising AI Companies in the World" by CB Insights and winning the 2023 Finovate Awards. The company was also highlighted in Gartner's "Cool Vendors in Applying Generative AI to Banking” report.

As part of this partnership, TCAP will act as the local arm for sales, system implementation, and ongoing support of Arteria AI's platform. Ross Alexander, a partner at TCAP, underlined the importance of digital transformation in enterprise documentation processes. He expressed enthusiasm about bringing Arteria AI's capabilities to Australia and New Zealand, stating that modern documentation infrastructure and intelligent documentation are critical areas of focus for many of their clients.

Abrar Huq, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Arteria AI has overseen the platform's implementation in numerous large, complex global organisations. Huq emphasised their dedication to establishing Arteria AI as the leading documentation infrastructure platform in the Australian and New Zealand markets and aiming to accelerate its adoption. This partnership's launch will provide immediate support to all organisations looking to simplify their documentation processes. Features of Arteria AI’s platform include AI-driven ingestion of legacy documents, automated document production, centralised storage of digital contracts, and seamless integration with internal systems.

The platform also enhances workflow and compliance visibility, supports streamlined negotiations, and facilitates multi-user access with an intuitive, no-code interface. This functionality allows both internal and external stakeholders to collaborate effectively, creating new documents, workflows, and dashboard reports with ease.

TCAP commits to offering the full range of Arteria AI’s solutions to clients, enabling easier document management, ongoing workflow and compliance oversight, and enhanced collaboration capabilities.
