V2 AI adds Nick & Ebony Williams to leadership team
V2 AI has appointed Nick Williams as Partner and Ebony Williams as Director of Alliances as it expands its senior leadership team across AI-focused transformation and technology partnerships.
The consultancy said the two hires add experience in large-scale technology and data modernisation programmes and alliance management across cloud, data and AI platforms. V2 AI operates across Asia Pacific with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Kuala Lumpur.
Partner Hire
Nick Williams joins as Partner. V2 AI said he specialises in AI-enabled technology transformation at scale and data modernisation delivery. The company described his focus as driving value from technology programmes and leading technical teams through multi-year change work.

Having led multi-year, large scale end-to-end modernisation initiatives, I am focused on transforming V2 AI's clients to be improved versions of themselves, targeting bigger goals, strengthening core decision-making and enabling AI-driven innovation," said Nick Williams, Partner, V2 AI.
Before joining V2 AI, Williams worked at Slalom as a Client Partner in Financial Services. He led technology and data transformation programmes for private health insurance and digitally native businesses, according to the company.

V2 AI said Williams joins existing Partners Ian Nguyen, Jamie Nelson, Alvin Oh and Andrew Venables. The company said Williams is based in Sydney.
Alliances Role
Ebony Williams joins as Director of Alliances. V2 AI said she has experience building and scaling strategic partnerships across cloud, data and AI ecosystems. The company linked the role to its plans for a broader partner network and closer engagement with major platforms.
V2 AI listed OpenAI, Databricks, AWS, Google and Microsoft among its platform partnerships.

V2 AI said Ebony Williams has worked on partner initiatives linked to telecoms moving into cloud partnerships. It said she led a cloud skills uplift programme that trained more than 2,000 individuals and worked on joint customer success activity with major enterprise customers.
The company also said she has worked on growing other consultancies and on establishing born-in-the-cloud partnerships. It said that work included multi-million-dollar investment contracts and programmes linked to growth and private equity investment.
V2 AI also cited her involvement in executive sponsorship and mentorship initiatives in partner ecosystems. It referenced participation in the AWS Women's Mentoring Programme.
V2 AI said Ebony Williams is based in Melbourne.
Leadership Plans
V2 AI Founder and CEO Craig Howe said the appointments form part of ongoing investment in senior leadership.
